Hello, my name is Otto. My time at the old shelter and the daily struggle for food have left me feeling scared. Although everyone tries to get closer to me, I don’t let them approach me because I have lost my faith in people. I am not aggressive, but I run away from everyone. I think I’m the only dog here who doesn’t have a picture with people because I got scared and ran away. I hope that someone will appear who can take the time to get to know me and restore my faith in people.
