Beethoven
To introduce myself to everyone, I have a new name, Beethoven. I have never had a name before. I spent most of my life with my two loyal friends on the street, we were bored and lonely and always trying to find people who liked us and didn’t just chase us and beat us. One cold morning, the kind people from the shelter picked us up and my life changed! I admit that at first I was terrified, but since that first day only good things have happened. I have had a full health check with the friendly and gentle vet, and I get to spend time with my friends – just playing. I am told that I am one of the very best dogs in the shelter. I am friendly with everyone – dogs and people – inquisitive, gentle, and I love to playand learn new things. I am already very good at walking calmly on a lead! My ancestors were hounds, so I like to use my nose, and would really like to find a home in the countryside with the chance of long walks and plenty of exciting smells. I am confident, dependable and adaptable, and desperate to show everyone what a good boy I am in the hope that I can find my forever family.
